what headers should i go with(help)

what headers should i go with(help)

i got two choices right know for used headers at this point

hooker shoorties

eldelbrook shorties

i looked at this http://eyeoutthere.tripod.com/headers_main.html

and they talked better about the edelbrook thank the hooker which suprised me

any opions on this would help out.thanks

My honest opinion? You wait until you have $500 and get some coated Hooker LT's from Jet Hot. They even have a 3 payment plan if you don't have the full amount.

You'll most likely want long tubes down the road so why waste the money on used shorties now?

thats what i was thinking about.who does the payment plan?im way over my budget on this project,so that would be right up my alley.

I doubt there is much difference between the two, they should both give similar gains, both have CARB certs, etc. BTW, the JetHot LT's are available with a 2 payment plan not 3.

When choosing between shorty headers, Choose the one that will give you better sparkplug access cus the gains are similar. I beleive soem one has said the MAC shorties give better room.
