What are good shift points for my car?

i have a 95 Z28 and it runs extremly strong for what i belive is stock! and i have a bunch of "free mods" done to it, i manually shift mine at 5800 when racing...but it will shift at 5600-5800 in drive too!
with your mods id say 6000 is your safe limit...IMO
