hey i was just looking for some advice on what my next mod should be i have free mods done gutted cat and K&N cai. my car is a 94 a4 w/2.73's and 80,000 miles but ya i have $400 to spend, i was thinking my best bet would be 3.73's, pcm for less and maybe a hi-po muffler just to get me buy till i have money for catback, what do u guys think?? and someone with 3.73's should tell me how there car acts, where shift points are rpm's and say 75......just tell me a little bout em, but ya any sugestions or help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

 

Well i have an a4 with 3.23 and i drove in one of my friends z with 2.73 and i noticed quite a bit of difference in acceleration. So i bet if you got 3.73 you would be pretty happy with them. Plus i think gears are under $200 if you do them yourself so you would still have money left over.

 

going from 2.73-3.73 will be the smartest thing you ever do for the money!

 

i say get the gears 3.73's or 3.42's and save for a catback...do it once and do it right
