Felpro or GM Work well on the intake.. I"mnot sure if autzone carries the TB Gasket.. You can make one of your own though and cut out the hole's.. Or just pick up the rubber one GMSell's.. either will work well..

Black RTV on the front/back surfaces of the block for the intake manifold. I've had good luck with the stock GM intake gaskets. Let the RTV "tack" (form a skin) before setting the intake straight down on the block. Also be sure to overlap the RTV an inch onto the gaskets in the front/back corners.

I believe the TB gasket is paper, not rubber. Again a stock GM gasket works just fine. It's used dry (no RTV).

"the right stuff" is just what its called. A little pricy, but the best silicone out there.

Use Ultracopper on the front and rear valleys, let it cure for 24hrs and your good to go. It's awesome stuff. Haven't had a leak in 8 intake fixes.
