i got 130 miles to the tank with kicking on it and all types of driving. The tune was by madz28 and a very good one. The car is running great. Checked the plugs and they are a little white, not black, and the car is not detonating at all. Any advice on mileage is much appreciated.

 

I am curious to this also... I just finished mine a few days ago... just after starting it and letting it idel a few times has sucked a good amount of gas (8month old gas) I'm not all that worried about gas mileage but 20 on the highway would make me very happy... if i get 8-10 in the city then im happy there also.

 

It's not going to be really good for sure.

I got 23 on the highway with LE2 heads and xe230/236. Haven't been able to get any city mpg yet.

Wrong hobby to worry about gas mileage - not trying to be a dick or anything but when doing a pretty heavy mod like LE2 - or any heads/cam for that matter - gas mileage should not be on your mind at all.

 

no i know that and its not a worry. I was wondering thats all. I had sooo many probs with this car and the tuning that it would not even get 65 to the tank and thats rediculous. But i think we finally have it figured out after the lastest tune.

 

To answer your question tho - i'm not sure what my combo gets me. Kinda stupid of me not to check but I just never have.

I don't have LE2 package either.
