The BBKs I put on were pretty easy..It would require pulling the drivers side motor mount bolt and jacking the motor up a lil. Which honestly takes no time at all.

Hooker shorties don't require jacking up the motor or removing the motor mount but you do have to have their flange welded onto the cat. But I did have to separate the steering shaft. Plus my y pipe had to be "adjusted" to fit right.

My Edelbrocks made me curse a few times but it isn't that bad. But the y-pipe that comes with it doesn't bolt right up to your stock pipe(3") you are single cat right? My car is/was duel cat and I got the single cat headers, that may have been the problem. I didn't want 'em anyway so I just cut a 3" pipe from my y to conect to were i cut the second cat off.

SLP's are not too bad; the forwardmost passenger side bolt is the worst.

Thats why I jacked up the motor, it was hitting the steering shaft and only needed maybe an inch to clear it. I tried to seperate the shaft but it proved easier for me just to wiggle out the mount bolt and pump the jack a few times.
