What do you think of my new setup??
Well I finally finished the motor and have all my parts.................I just need to put the motor in.......
Rebuilt LT1, Stage 4 ported heads with full port job on intake and exhaust from HPS heads in Tarpn Fl. ( www.HPSCylinderheads.com ), LT4 valvesprings, Crane gold 1.5. rockers, CC305 cam, Port Matched Intake manifold, 58mm BBK TB, K&N CA Intake, Fully ported Mas, 30lb svo injectors, MSD wires, MSD blaster coil, MSD 6AL, All EGR crap removed or blocked off, Pacesetter shoties (yeah i know) SLP Loudmouth with a dynomax muffler so its the "Dynomouth", Tuned By Ion at Madz28.com, New Opti so i don't have to do it later, wired fans with a switch, all free mods, Rebuilt 700r4 with a B&M 2400 stall, 3.42 rearend, Full Energy Suspension poly bushing kit, adjustable panhard bar, adjustable lower control arms, and probably some other crap that I can't think of......oh and a 100 shot NOS dry kit that I'm I'm not sure if i'm gonna use yet.....
So when it goes in within the next couple weeks I think i should be happy with it for a little while, I don't have any estamate on HP cause every car, every setup is different, but I'm hoping it'll be better than stock

No its the 700r4 from a 93, I pulled it from my friends 93 z28 that was totaled, shifted awesome, plus its not costing me anything, and i didn't feel like having my 4l60e rebuilt. Plus i put minimal miles on the car so i t should be fine for around town......thanks for the input though. And as far as the valve springs go I'm probably gonna step up to the beehive springs but right now I'm tapped out on money....

hell I only drive the car about 5 miles a day....I've had the car for a little over a year and a half and put only 5000 miles on it, I think I'll be happy with it for a while, as long as its faster than my old Talon was http://www.cardomain.com/ride/525318 But hey for a 4 cyl, that car haulled *** after i was done with it, to bad it was FWD....

The LT4 springs are not going to be enough for that cam. A ported MAF accomplishes little but screwup it's calibration making the tuner have to try to take a guess at how rich to set it up to run. You need reprogramming so why do a manual fan switch? The 4L60 is a step backwards because unless he had a cam in his car and adjusted the tranny for it, it is going to shift way too low which actually might save your valvetrain by shifting before the valvefloat begins but you wont be making use of that cam.
The 2400 B&M well 2400 is a bit low but is the max I would go with a 12" converter like that, B&M makes pretty poor products for this newer stuff if you had to stick with a 12" for cost reasons I would heave recommended Edge or Precision, you would have gotten a better converter.
Have a flow sheet on the heads? Not that flow is everyting but it is all we average folks have to compare with.

the LT4 springs with the hotcam and 1.6 rockers are set for a .525 lift, the cc305 is only .510 since I'm staying with 1.5 rockers, so i think the lt4 springs should be ok. the manual fan switch was done for the reason that there was problems in wiring when i got the car to where only one fan would come on, so that in turn made my car get really hot, so I wired them to have both fans work.
Everything else should be fine i think, We'll see when it goes in. but I'm thinking i'm not gonna have to many problems with it.
