Cam - $175 ( used )
Timing Chain - $35 canadian
Gaskets - $150 canadian? give or take $20
Consumables - $50
Springs $100
Rockers $200
Tune $60 from ion + $100 for cable.
Throw in $25-30 for misc stuff like bolts and rtv etc and its cookin.
Did all the labour myself. But to answer your question, id do headers first.
