What do you guys think?

I just bought some Hooker coated Longtubes off of here and I am trying to decide on my exhaust system.......Here is what i have in plan......The Hookers into true duals with an x-pipe, with dual cutouts. I want the exhaust to go over both sides of the axle and go into a centermount exhaust. I think this would look good. A stock look with an amazing sound. Any input on this would be great......

Talking

The Xpipe should be worth about another 5-10hp and will help equalize exhaust flow.....It will be worth it in IMO and also too say I have true duals with and x-pipe!

Sounds like you want a muffler setup like this:

With the only difference being a pipe coming in from each
side rather than both on one side.

yea pretty much like that with the dual bullet mufflers into the centermount exhaust....I dont care how the exhaust goes over the axle personally as long as it hooks up fine to the centermount....cus I have seen the pipes on both sides of the axle and just on the passenger side.....

having the exhaust coming on the passenger side is a good way well b/c thats how it is stock lol....but how would u do it on the driver side too......isnt there clearence issues?

truedulaws6 i love that settup but think it would be better with the GMMG or LM type mufflers....dont remember the name of them lol
EDIT: oh yeah chambered style lol

there are some clearance issues from what I have heard, but there are people who have done this setup and not had any problems...
