what do u all think? i am using all this for my buddy's engine. it is going in a 1986 z28 w/ a 4L60e(3,200 coan stall) and 3.42 gear

is it all matched pretty good? i know the cam choice is a little weak, but he didnt want a 110 LSA, and was a little worried about emissions and gas mileage.
he is looking for about 350-400 HP
possible?
