What do I need to install hotcam kit?
You can pick up a complete head/cam swap gasket kit at www.thunderracing.com. A new timing set is recommended. Some people replace their opti at this time, but it's not neccessary.
Plugs and wires aren't a bad idea. Don't forget the coolant for the radiator since you will have to remove the water pump and probably the radiator. Also, you'll need a spring compressor since the stock valve springs won't work with the hot cam. An air compressor and the adaptor to hook an air line to the cylinders to keep the valves closed while you're changing the springs, unless you intend to remove the heads to change the springs. I would also go ahead and remove the exhaust manifolds/headers to make it easier to get the air fitting connected to the cylinders (not necessary, but saves on frustration in my opinion).
