What to do with $1,000???

My car is in the sig. this is what I ahev already, a cut out with a flowmater, a K&N CAI, the free TB bypass mod, BMR subframe connectoers and strut tower brace already.

I have the basics covered then. Is there a good combination of mods I could get that cost a grand in total or should I just use it to get headers or a torque converter. With a torque converter, I would probably need better tires in the rear.

Every mod adds up $$ fast.

What would you guys do? It doesnt rain here to often and never snows so I am very interested in hearing about torque converters.

u can pick up a good SLP/Yank torque converter for $350
get some nittos for about 140 a piece, and then some jet hot long tubes for $490 shipped and a new Y pipe fabbed at a muffler shop for less than $100.

Get some lt's (or macs if you have emissions) and a nice cam (or the hotcam kit, again if you have emissions)
Thats a grand well spent!

I would do headers and probably either a stall or gears. I would bet headers and a good stall would take .5 to .7 off your quarter time. Depending upon how well you can shop around you could get close to getting all three for 1k

if i were u, i would invest in a nice stall converter (Vig, Coan, Yank) anywhere between 3,200-3,600

and a set of 3.73 or 4.10 gear

then some good tires (ie. DR's or ET streets)

best mods out there IMO. best place to start anyway.
