What is the difference between a throttle body for a '93 as a '97?
Can anyone tell me what the actual differences are for a throttle body off a '93 and a throttle body from a '94-'97?
Can a '93 TB fit a '97??
Thanks!
Reid

I think the only difference is that a 93 throttle body has a extra little hook for the throttle valve cable to hook on, you should be able to use a 93 throttle body, just wont be able to hook a cable on there.
Yeah, my buddy had a nitrous back fire in his 93 and blew his air induction apart, the butterflies on his throttle body were bent 90 degrees and it was trashed. I gave him my stock one since it was sittin around and he had to weld a piece on for the throttle linkage. that was the only difference.

The 1993 also uses a different IAC that screws in, instead of bolts on. It may be functionally the same, though.

Main difference is IAC, throttle linkage, and the fact the blades are at a different angle when closed, mostly due to it being a speed density car I believe..
