What did the 1le driveshaft come on?

What did the 1le driveshaft come on?

I called the dealership to see how much a 1le driveshaft was and they told me that they didn't know what it was. Then they let me talk to somebody else and he said all the z28's used the same one and that the 1le only came on the v6 models. Is this true?

No, there's a 1LE option Camaro Z-28, which is basically a Z-28 with 0 options. I'm pretty sure it's mentioned on the FAQ on the left side of the screen.

You're better off order the driveshaft through somewhere else than your local dealer though. I bet it's double or triple anywhere else.

Or just order an aftermarket alum driveshaft.

Yeah but i can't afford an aftermarket one. I could get the 1le for about 235 or so.

Try a search in the FS section, or post in the wanted section. The alum. LS1 type are for sale on here all the time for $150ish.

Ok that is cool. Mine was $300, but don't forget balancing in the price.

Well shouldn't the 1le's come balanced? What kind of DS did you get?

MIne was an Inland Empire model, but I wanted to make sure it was right on MY car so I had it balanced, since that was my prob after 4.10 gears.

LS1 Driveshaft 12564003 about 220 ish
