Arrow How to undo the Water Pump

I know my cooling fan is not working.
Since I hardly do not drive long enough to really worry about
My run is 7Km 10 min of drive.
However I do hear Coolent* boiling and often comes out from Overflow tank.
*replace by distlied water.
My Temp never goves over 210 Usally hoover around 190-200.
I often have to refill with more fluid.
I do have a 160 T-Stat!
Now for raditator fans; I need to find in line fuse where that is and tested.
I have not got a chance yet to look at it

Sounds like your radiator is not pressurized. Could be a bad cap. If the system is not pressurized, the coolant will boil at a lower temperature--even more so if you are using just water. I'd replace the cap as a start. Make sure you get the correct cap.JMHO

It doesn't need to be a GM unit. Go to Canadian Tire, and tell them you need a rad cap for an LT1. They'll have "motomaster" brand ones there. I think it's an 18lb cap.

If it still boils over, you may need to purge the air out of the cooling system. Your fans should be coming on to cool the rad once temperature reaches about 1/2 way.

Ok I found the problems
Rad cap need it a replacement
Back when I converted my Water Pump to Miezer I didn't tighten Passenger side of the bolts. I guess it was pretty much glued by Gasket sealer
I got 5 bolts out~
Now if I recall my memory on Driver Side Last bolt is behind the Air Pump Bracket Right ?
I took the Air Pump; I am calling Quits for the night
My question How many bolts and what size is holding the AirPump!
BTW I think Fans are good some thing to do electrical connection.
I just need to figure out wiring and inline fuse!

Also, don't forget to bleed the air out of the system, that will cause all sorts of issues as well.

I messed with trying to get my plug to stop leaking for hours then i realized it was coming from a leak above and running down the radiator and dripping off the drain. Was so hard to tell that it was. maybe this is your prob. Look really good at your hose connections about the drain.
