what is this computer in the front driver side of the car?

what is this computer in the front driver side of the car?
what computer is bolted to the under side of the frame on the front passenger side of the car?

the only two part#'s i saw on it were:
25140613
38263677


its in the same area as the air filter on a CAI

Do you mean front drivers side?
I don't recall anything there that looks like a 'black box'etc..

Hmm I don't recall it there on a 94.. I'll check tho..

Edit: Checked in my factory manual and it is there for 94 also...
