I have the MSD coil without any issues. I did have a MSD a couple years ago that went bad and caused a no start issue. I ended up replacing the opti and wasting a ton of money because of it. Either gamble with the MSD or just throw a new stocker on there.

I've run an MSD for over a year now, and I've been happy with it's performance.

I've had the MSD coil on there for over 2 years without issue.
I run Taylor OTVC with my Hooker LTs.

I picked up an MSD for mine, its already crapped out. Maybe 10 seconds run time??

MSD is replacing it though, hopefully I get one in better shape.

if you run an MSD coil you better keep your stock one in the car.

I agree with hey01 better keep a spare in the car because they do have a tendency to burn out. Especially if youre a daily driver and strip car. Mines only lasted about a year. my 2 cents worth.
