what dose this code po132 high voltage bank1 sensor 1 mean rich or lean ? took headers off my son car and put stock exhaust back on to pass smog its a 96 ta but we had 1"3/4 94 headers on it with ob 1 computer on it. also put ob2 back in so it all stock. thanks .

 

Rich. I'd start by checking the wiring/connections to that O2. It's probably not working.
