what is causing this pop/backfire?
im not entirely sure the IAC would do it, it did it with the old cap/rotor, and does it with the new one the only thing i have changed when it started doing it was headers/exhaust
The lower BLMs mean fuel is being added... which may explain the pop. When programming, the first thing is to balance your BLMs. Next, bring them as close to 128 as possible.
You could have other issues but my hunch is programming.

got it sorta fixed, or partially mended
When we data logged the car, i was getting some quite horrible knock ALL over the place upon light, medium, and heavy acceleration. Its not a bearing, or rod knock, but another strange problem.
We got 3* under light acceleration, and up to 15* at heavy throttle, but mainly 7-13* of knock. This is with stock timing too.
Anyone have any ideas? Im gonna try to fix my exhaust to get that to stop hitting the floorboard. After the tune, it is a little better, but still does it.
