What cam is this??

so i got the car and i was told it had an aftermarket cam LT1 XR258HR 12 thats one of the #s on the end the other to are 4615yn and ob1476 help?

Sounds like the cam would have some bark, but no bite. Original poster please fix your signature, what are corrvet blocks and heavily worked chambers?

so its a big block cam? didnt know they were interchangable and says not for use in EFI cars haha thanks for your help

sorry, thats the only one that summit had, comp has it listed on their website available for small block and big block

that one lists it as a 110 LCA, O.P. has it on a 112

i bet its a danged fun street cam though

That doesn't look like an LTx camshaft, and if it is it is the smallest camshaft I've ever seen anyone use in an LTx.

yeah wheel spin is instantaneous even with the 315s but it sounds like theres room for improvement. ahh?

It's bigger than stock, but not by a whole lot. Seems like almost a waste to take the time to put that cam in, but maybe he had certain plans for the car.
