I've been told Napa's the only way to go and FRAM is the absolute worst!

I like the Delco PF 1218.It is larger, with more filtering capacity and anti -drain back valve.I am sure others will argue for the K& N.I would say either of those.

K&N probably accomplishes good flow and filtration the best, but I wouldn't worry about the AC, it's a great filter.

I think it's 1001, autozone, it's been awhile though so I'm most likely wrong.

I like the M1-302 from Mobil. Its large, flows well and filters great. But its on the expensive side.

I'm using K&N #3002...$9.98 at Autozone & Advanced...worth it just for that cool 1" nut on the bottom...otherwise the AC PF1218 is same thing with no nut for $3.00...either works great...

I usually use PF454, but found a PF1218 the other night in my garage.

I used to use the Mobil1 filters when Kmart when out of business and they were really cheap... I purchased 10-15 of them I believe. Recently I ran out and cant justify spending $10 for a filter so I use the PF1218 that only costs me $3.

Thats what I use...no scientific background to justify this...the K&N seems like a gimmick...you pay for name IMO...
