hey guys i am kinda new at this engine modifying stuff so i was j/w wat is the best HP gain bolt on for an LT1 also what is the most economical? i want to make my mostly stock LT1 have a lil more kick....and the more HP the better....so what do u guys suggest for me to put on my christmas list this year?

 

Nitrous, hands down best bang for your buck. Just do it safely and research it.

 

You will get a lot of different opinions on this one. If money was no object I would get a supercharger Realistically I would get headers and an exhaust. Wether it's LT's or mids is up to you, but whatever you get make sure it's coated.

 

A CAI will add HP and more than likely help your fuel economy too. Headers aren't too bad either. Due too the increased flow they generally help fuel economy if you can keep your foot out of it (how often does that happen ).

 

Second that.
This year was nitrous and next year is heads/cam and exhaust.

 

air foil,some kind of cai,headers,hi-flo cats or remove them and a cat back system.

 

what type heads/cam? and price range? also what r the best most reliable HP Gain headers? because next spring im hoping to put in long tubes as expensive as i can afford, and a CAI.... and shift kit......any other good ideas without spending loads of $$$?

 

and a good tuneup plugs,wires and comp. tune
