What are the best heads for LT-1???
I agree with Rich. If you're staying all motor, a set of LT4 195s from AFR would be more than adequate. 220s will require shaft-mount rockers, offset lifters, etc and 210s would be overkill unless you're running a big-*** solid lifter and can use the airflow.
If you're looking to be wild, drop the dime on a set of Brodix T1s or even nuttier, SB2.2s.
Don't forget the fork out the cash for a different intake, pistons, and headers though.

Well basically im dealing with a fuel injected car (95 Z-28) but I'm just looking for big power ( i suppose along with everyone else) I am probably gonna stroke it to a 383 or possibly a 396....with the possibility of supercharging it or turbocharging it afterwards.....so i'm not sure which heads would be the best for those 2 factors mentioned above! I'm not really concerned with the money issue that much...so anybody know a place in NY that does good engine and head work? How are the Vette Doctors in NY? Anyone know if they are good with working on heads???
By the way, im a newbie to this technical engine stuff... (as you can all probably tell)
