all you need is a timing cover kit. you can run down to auto-zone and pick it up. i believe its 12.99 as a matter of fact! i bought 2 in the past week. lol

All that I can think right now is just the waterpump gaskets......they are like 80 cents apiece. Do you have to take the timing chain cover off? If so then you will have to get the timing chain cover too.....hopefully you don't because you can get to the dal-pen though the opening in the timing cover.

You need a different timing case, a different cam or machine work on exsisting cam.

Yeah, you need the timing cover set from a parts store, that should come with the water pump gaskets so you don't have to worry about that. You do also need that new timing cover for the larger opti opening. Also, be prepared to take the cam out completely. If you can't get the old cam pin out that's what you may have to do. I had to take my cam all the way out and take it to a machine shop to get the old one out and the longer one pressed in there. Also, to save you some time looking if you don't know already, the new height for the pin should be .620". It may not be a one-day job, so make sure you have enough time.

I would think as long as you don't do the 1.6 RR's, you wouldn't HAVE to do springs right now..
