gmpartsdirect.com specifically says they have no phone support. Maybe the workaround posted above will do something.

ok this is my first time ordering from them...do they have a good rep because i really dont want to be riped off!

There are several GM parts purchasing choices listed on my website. GMPD is one, but they have their drawbacks.

Next time just do what I do, go to your local chevy parts dept. If the part is wrong or damaged I don't have to buy it.
