Went to the track tonight.

It was an alright night, except that at the end of the night I couldn't hook for anything and a car spilled trans fluid all the way down the track.

Here is what I got out of the night:

1st -

60'.... 1.955
1/8.... 8.233
mph... 84.91
1/4.... 12.752
mph... 109.02

2nd -

60'.... 1.747
1/8.... 7.948
mph... 86.96
1/4.... 12.464
mph... 109.30

3rd -

60'.... 1.751
1/8.... 7.946
mph... 85.42
1/4.... 12.446
mph... 109.31

4th -

60'.... 1.884
1/8.... 8.081
mph... 85.71
1/4.... 12.559
mph... 110.06

5th -

60'.... 2.125
1/8.... 8.521
mph... 86.36
1/4.... 13.052
mph... 109.21

Next time out I will work on the 60's. Maybe I should replace my stock *** shocks, lol. I definitely need to get the suspension worked out, all I have for "suspension" on the car is lowering springs and a BMR Tubular Adjustable Torque Arm set to -2*.

I am very sure that I can get 1.6's out of it and I might even be able to get a 1.5 out of it too, I just have to change the suspension a little, like at least get some LCA relocation brackets since my car is pretty low.

My car with me in it is in the 36-3700 range, lol. It's a pig.

What kind of setup do you have? Did you find the source of your trans leak?

Oh okay, so what kind of setup are you running? Auto or manual?

Those times reflect your dyno results. In fact you should be quicker than what you are. Something is amiss. Maybe it's the heads, who knows. No way are you magically going to start cutting 1.5x 60ft. times as is. Where you dead hooking? Where you flashing the converter or stalling it up? What was the weather like, DA?

Oh okay, didn't realize that was your thread. What kind of tires were your running on? All the suspension mods in the world will be of little advantage without some good rubber out back. Also, the lowering springs aren't the best for launches either.

No I was not dead hooking, I was foot braking the car, but only to about 24-2600.

I have to take my car to get weighed because I'll almost guarantee it's over 3600 with me in it, it's a heavy car with no weight reduction at all, plus m3 (210-215) plus a full audio system, plus tools, plus everything else thrown in the car.

That's why I say "suspension" mods, lol. Like I said I really have nothing done suspension wise. The car is on 275/40/17 Mickey Thompson DR's.

Pull all that stuff out, you might have a couple hundred extra pounds right there.

I'm on Eibach lowering springs with stock shocks, relocation brackets, PHR, and a chassis mounted Spohn TA. Not exactly the hot set up, but still cut low 1.6x ft. times. I too have the MT street radials, it's a great tire. Something is wrong with your power output, and hopefully you'll figure it out.
