Welded and ported intakes

I did the welding/porting thing the winter and i know there is other people out there as well...

Looking at the tuning side of it have you had to change anything with the tune of the car ....how dose the car fell....tip in/responce...any kind of heads up at all...

i am putting minw on this weekend

I haven't done it yet, but plan to this spring/summer. Please post some feedback when you get done. I'd be surprised if you felt much (if any) seat-of-the-pants hp/tq gains...hopefully I'm wrong.

We have a couple cars going together with a minor amount of material added to a stock intake... I don't anticipate any oddities regarding tuning.

Hopefully we'll be in the 450-470rwhp range with ported stock heads, stock displacement, full exh, pump gas, stock PCM & a hydraulic. Sounds like alot, but if we've already managed 435-445 SAE a few times through full exh etc. then I think we'll make it .
