When im driving my car it makes a grinding noise comming from the drivers rear side. It seems to only happen when it gets to operating temp and it comes on and off. When it is making the noise i shut my car off and it still makes it for at least a second afterwards. Im thinking its fuel related but I have never herd a fuel related matter making noise except for maybe the pump but it seems to be right were the fuel filter is. Also there is also a sweet smell around that area and it kinda smells like coolant but im stumped any suggestions would be appreciated.
