every1 here says that a new TB wont due much unless you port other stuff or have done engine work. What do you guys think of this websites statements?

I don't doubt the results. However, $600 for 11.6hp/14.1tq is a bit steep. Sure, the CAI is a good first mod that your car will take more and more advantage of as the modding process goes on. The TB really isn't needed until you've got other modifications to back it up(or you just have $400 burning a hole in your pocket). Heck, for $600 you could have a nice nitrous kit gaining 150hp. Just my $0.02
