If it's a DD then stick with the stock manual pump as it flows much better and less prone to failure. If not then the Meziere.

The only time the stock pump flows more is at highway speeds. I have the mez 43gpm one and cruising at about 85 on the way to orlando it never came close to the middle line. And a got 9 rwhp out of it

I had an original CSI pump on for 4yrs. 3mos., 26,000 miles with no issues. It made noise 2 weeks before it blew a fuse. Put my spare on in Sept. CSR repaired it for $80.,(a new CSR pump).

EWP side effects

Plus - you get to use a much cheaper and better timing chain (Cloyes - as compared to the very expensive stock high performance timing chain set) plus, you eliminate a potential oil leak from the timing cover, a potential coolant leak from the weep hole (as compared to the stock water pump configuration - which can bugger your opti) and you gain 10 - 11 rwhp and about the same rwtq. It's just shy of a miracle. I believe it is also a credible method of birth control.

That is the reason I am going to use a EWP. I have hurd good thing about CSR and Meziere. The only thing I am having a problem with is choosing which pump to buy.
