Bought another lt1, this one is a 95z , has some work but has some issues, it's got a csi electric water pump when I turn the ignition on it turns on and it makes a pretty loud kinda of whining noise when it's on, the wire coming off it is just bare and shoved into the ac-cruise control fuse slot, is that supposed to be like that?

 

You might want to re-wire it, but yes, they do make some noise....shouldn't be TOO loud, but noticeable with the hood popped.
