Water pump HAAALLLLPPPP!!!
Water pump HAAALLLLPPPP!!!
Water pump commited suicide and took the opti with it, starting cheap w/ the NAPA RR218 rotor and cap to see what that will do, and got a new water pump.
PROBLEM: My water pump had a female splined shaft on it and the timing cover has a male protruding shaft. Napa has already taken the core and shipped it off.
The only water pump I can find has a male protruding shaft.
I tried pulling the shaft out of the timing cover, but nothing, what am I missing? I had napa pull ALL LT1 pumps, and every single one of them had the shaft attached to the pump. What do I do know? I want to drive my beast bad
Thanks.
Jeff
