Im overhauling my lt1 and thought I would rebuild the water pump with a new pump seal and bearing to protect opti from a water pump seal leak. Nothing to it really impeler,shaft,seal,and bearing. The problem I have is that Ive looked all over the net and can't find anyone who sells just a kit. I want to keep my housing because Ive spent a lot of time removing the casting flash and slicking up the inside walls of the pump to improve flow. Anyone know where to get such a kit?

 

I'm not of aware of a kit, to save some hassle you might think about an electric pump. You would need a press to get the bearing in for sure. There pretty easy getting them out.

 

Never have seen any repair parts for the pump.
