Unhappy Water in oil??

I have been removing the driver side head to get some broken off bolts drilled off. In the process, I have noticed a few things. There is milky water on top of the driver side valve cover as well as the front of the intake. However there is nothing on the passenger side or in the lifter valley. The driver side head gasket showed no signs of damage.

I have been trying to avoid removing the passenger head but is it possible that this is the gasket giving me problems? Is there any other way for the water to get in the oil. The car ran great with no smoke so that is why I don't think it would be the other head gasket. Any ideas?

ok just drained the oil pan, definitely not condensation. It is possible that something with the oil cooling system is bad? whether it be in the water pump or radiator?

I'm pretty sure its not your water pump... what bolts were broken?

the exhaust manifold bolts. Dropped the head off at the machine shop today for them to drill them out.

Ok not the oil cooler, looks like I am pulling the passenger head tomorrow morning.
