want to get otvc wires

i am having ignition problems, and i have been reading on a few fixes here. i'd like to get new wires and plugs for starters. i have taylors on there now, but they are not routed correctly. i'd like to get them over the valve covers and run them down due to my headers. what kits do you reccomend? will i have to get a special set of "make your own" wires so i can weave them in thru the tight spaces on the lt1? any help would be great, the wire sets i see always seem too short, and the lt1 "premade" kit from taylor is too short (i tried before), unless i'm missing something. what do you all use?

Thunder Racing sells a kit that includes the wire set, the crimper tool, and the over the valve cover wire loom set. You could also purchase those items individually on there as well. You will have to cut and crimp your own wires though. There was a company awhile back, Elitesparkplugwires, that sold the premade sets but is not longer in business. Those are the wires I currently have with my OTVC setup but will be cutting my own with the Taylor kit sometime in the near future.

I ordered the individual items from Summit, in stock:
* MFY-5035613 WIRE LOOMS
* MSD-32129 WIRE SET CHEV LT1

Those are Made4You OTVC looms. The MSD set are booted on one
end and you will have to boot the other after cutting to length. The
cutter is included with the wires, along with cylinder ring-markers.

Yes, the MSD's are long enough - they provide "too much" length,
allowing you to cut to size (obviously, in case of re-routing wires).

i would not reccomend the kit from TR, i have it, and it took over a month to come in.

i would reccomend you get the holders from summit and get some wires other than the taylors, they suck

Ive had my kit from thunder for a couple years. Arrived in one day as does everything Ive ordered from them :p

OTVC wires are a must with LT1s.

Where did you all get the hardware to bolt the wires to the valve covers? I'd love to do mine like Roxy's, but in red.
