voltage at IAT sensor is 10.2 what now??

the voltage should be at 5,... right? how do i troubleshoot this high voltage problem? i can't see any visible flaws in the wires. i'm stumped. ive searched but could only find info on bad sensors or low voltage at the connector due to a bad pigtail. none with high voltage....

thanks in advance

Are you sure you are reading that right and with the correct scale on the meter? The next step would be to read it directly off the pin on the PCM with the connector removed.
