Volant cai please help

Is anyone using the volant cai pt number 15958C3 or 15958C on there 93-97 camaro or firebird? (pic would be great) I have the Harwood Fiberglass Ram Air Hood (jegs) pn 487-B12202 I have cut the front of it out to make it functional and the volant cai looks like it would be great to make it work but i don't know if it will bolt up to my vehicle because it is made for the 98-2002. Any help at all will be great.

I've seen them on LT1's, but require a little modification to fit right.

To be honest with you you're probably better off with the SLP, K&N, Moroso CAI, just for the fact that the circular filters offer more cfm. and the f-bodies are bottom breathers anyways. $300 is rediculous for a CAI imo
