Visa 245/50/16 tires (model VK-50G) with ZR speed rating

Has anyone heard about these tires? They are cheap as hell, but are they any good? I can get 4 for 280 bucks TOTAL brand new, but only for a limited time. What do u think?

Another car member has those tires as well on his Z28 and he likes them. He said the same thing that it was cheap for all 4 $60 each plus install came out the same as you say. I saw them and they look like a decent tire there rated z so they must handle well.

I got a set of those tires 275/40/17 on my 17in SS rims. They are pretty decent tires and they grip pretty good. I am pretty happy with them. For the price of them and if you are on a budget I would recommend them. Hope that helps you out.

I have 2 friends who bought AVON Z tires because they looked really neat, one with a 91 SALEEN and the other 97 SS vert 30th.

Neither have their car anymore because one hit a tree missing a curve and the SS lost it in a long sweaper.

Check with The TIRE RACK or some other reputable seller, tires that are 1/3 the price of decent let alone good tires cannot be very good.

What is the treadwear rating??

dont skimp on tires... the only that (should) be between you and the road..

just because it is rated z or y or something doesnt mean it's a great tire

I just bought 2 275/40/17s for the front. Nice tread depth, decently soft rubber. I have read that these are actually falken tires, but made over seas (dont know truth behind that or not?).

Havent really pushed them yet, but they seem ok. Traction is a no issue for me b/c i have DRs out back. Just as long as they tread water and dont push into corners im happy.
