. I hate 56ks. Sounds awsome. I really hope mine isnt that loud. Do you think that a true dual setup with no cats will be louder than a cat-back with no mufflers?

Honestly the car is pretty damn quiet on the inside. It really doesnt start making much noise until 3K rpms.
as for your catback vs duals question does the catback in question not have cats or mufflers?
Ive heard Borlas that are louder than my true duals, so i guess it really depends. Though as a general rule id say true duals are a little louder than catbacks.

My cat-back is a 3" Flowmaster. It has the stock cat, but i cut the muffler off so there is just a 3" pipe at the rear now. I notice alot of resonance with this and it seems alot louder. Anything above 1500rpms can start to give you a headache if you arent moving at highway speeds.
A better questions is will my 3" true duals dumped with LT's no cats, a LE2 cam similar to the GM847, LE2 P&P's heads. P&P bored intake with a 58mm TB be louder than a stock engine with no muffler? I am accumulating all these parts for a massive rebuild in the next week or so.
So how is you true dual setup... setup? Is it dumps or over the axles or what?

A cam is going to make your exhaust 5x louder than it was before. I used to run cut-outs at the rear and honestly i believe this is a little quieter. But thats been a while since i heard that cut-out
