vibration still

i was on here a while back and i tried all of the ideas about what might be causing my horrible vibration and nothing has cured it yet. the vibration occurs at about 80 and up. i put lakewood lower control arms on the car had the driveshaft balanced, tires balanced, new stock torque arm and still the vibration. could my tailshaft in the trans be bent or damaged? any ideas would really help out.

yep there really isn't that much else that it could be. Put it up on a lift and watch the tires from the back as they spin, you might be able to tell if you look closely. Good Luck....

Cool

Where do you think the vibration is coming from, the front?,steering wheel ready to jump out of your hands, dash shaking?,or the rear(most noticeable shaking seats, rumbling noise in the rear?).I would guess warped rotors,or bent wheels.Might get the front wheels balanced while they are ON THE CAR.(out of round wheels?)Hope this helps,as this stuff drives me crazy to.My02

yep when a car sits for awhile they will go out of round. Best way to get rid of this is to underinflate them and go on a long trip. The heat should make them better. Reinflate them afterwards

I see you had the DS balaced but you might try flipping it 180 and see if that helps. I had a nasty vibration at that speed and it ended up being the DS so I replaced it with the 1LE piece and it was good.
I have a low speed vibration now but I am pretty sure its the combination of SFCs and exhaust sucked up against the bottom of the car. I am going to have a true dual setup done and then we will see what happens.

How about your tail-shaft bushing..... I recently changed mine due to some wear, and it's recommended that any time you switch the slip yoke from original you should replace the bushing or you could experience vibration
