Vibration

I have a 94 camaro with a 355 6 speed and Im having a lot of vibration inside of the car. everytime I hit the gas you can feel it in the car. My question is, can it be the inner torque arm bracket or does the bellhousing need to be replaced. Im trying to sell car and cant if it shakes like a car on flat everytime you hit the gas. Can I get any help. PLEASE

might want to try in one of the tech sections here, and go into a little more detail about the car and the issue you're having. What you posted is no wheres near enough to even start diagnosing which of the 50 things it could be.

I find it a little odd that you don't also feel a vibration when it's idling.

Just give it to me and you're done worrying about this issue. No, really, you'll be able to get on with your life.

have you took off the drive shaft lately? Mine is balanced and if not put back in the same way it vibrates.

Only vibrates when hitting the gas? Worn motor mount causing the exhaust to hit the underside of the chassis when you're on the gas? There's about 800 things it could be, just my first guess.

Flywheel weight? Motor or tranny mount, although they often tend to rap more than just vibrate, same with u-joints... Just have it checked out somewhere if you cannot isolate the vibration yourself and try the tech sections here...

I apologize for thread jacking but I was lookin for info about a vibration problem. And this one fits my bill... I pulled the driveshaft out to replace the yoke seal if my memory is correct? It was the seal on the front of the differential anyway. But the key note to my problem is, I'm not sure if I over tightened the nut on the front of the diff since there are no torque specs. Thus resulting in a vibration at about 85mph and up. Now, I know theres not many times I'll be hitting that speed or above unless at a track or something, but I know the problem is there and would like to fix it. Has anyone else seen or heard of this?

Driveshaft is out of balance. This was a known issue on some cars.

My top 3 guesses:
#1: Wheel Weight / Tire Issue
#2: Drive Shaft Out of Balance
#3: Busted Transmission Mount

But there are 1,000s of reasons, so you really want to provide some very specific details or just suck it up and have an experienced tech take a look at it. Especially if it just showed up rather than building over time, as that's a sign something broke/came loose rather than a wear issue.

I have a feeling this will end up in driveline before all is said and done, bit moving it to LT1 tech during the initial stages of diagnosis.
