Vibrates only in gear A4 :-(

Vibrates only in gear A4 :-(

ok guys i need your help please
my car only vibrates in gear
in park and neutral it idles fine and revs fine
but it gear, it shakes like hell and rumbles, sounds like a tug boat

any ideas?

Shaking while in gear on an auto tranny vehicle I would first assume the tranny mount or something like that.

When you put it in gear you are introducing/engaging load on that piece of the powertrain.
