Very Odd problem!

Well to start out i had the car sitting the winter so i decided to do a few mods. The delteq and the RR's are the mods i did. After sitting now the car has a major issue with idling and starting deffinately related problems. first the starting problem the car cranks fast then once about to fire it seems to stop cranking. if i hold it down it will start cranking again and fire right up! anyway that is half the problem the other half is when it does fire up it will idle fine for about 10 seconds then fall very low. i can keep it running with keeping the throttle open just a little bit but the idle still flucuates about 300 to 400 rpm. i have done alot of testing this is not my first option but kindof at a stand still. I have logged it, have removed the delteq and seems to get better but still doesnt want to idle, have adjusted the RR twice now with now reall change. Also i am a mechnic so not a ton of explaination is needed but i feel like a moron not being able to figure this one out so any help would be greatful thanks Dan
Also i have done fuel pressure tests and various other things but i havemy datalog of the event seems like knock is high but maybe because of the miss or stumble if you will email me if you can take a look at it thanks again

The idling problem - check everything along the intake past the MAF, it sounds like the car is taking in more air than is going through the MAF.

The starting problem - you got me there, try replacing your starter and/or checking the power/ground wires for your current starter and make sure that everything is secure and the ground is grounded to clean unpainted metal.
