Maybe, but we're comparing a best run ever to a best run from one night out in adverse weather (hot, humid). I actually picked up a phsychrometer to keep track of air conditions when I go out. Helps keep things in perspective.

Ek- What do you typically run? Is it always pretty close to your best run, or was your best run kind of an anomoly?

 

I typically run 13.30-13.40 on average normal summer days.
