Anybody ever see this its says it will increase horsepower up to 25% and you can use it with other chips. Does anybody have this or know anybody who does??

While there is some room for improvement in the stock PCM program, the stock program isn't all that bad... I don't see even the best tuner getting anywhere near 25% by just doing a reprogram.

You have to be careful of the claims of "up to 25%" because that also means ZERO, ZILCH, NADA, NOTHING too
