valve spring question

im putting the gm847 cam in my car w/ 1.6rr's. so the lift would be .575/.596 if im correct...but heres my question..would isky racing valve springs that say they're good up to .600 lift be alright? cuz i know the exhaust lift is getting pretty close to what it says the springs are good for.

just wanted to make sure it will be okay so i dont put it all together and find out i have valve float, thanks!

.596 lift and .600 springs would be cutting it too close for my taste.

Yep, even if you installed them all exactly correctly it would be close. We don't know if they'll work given only the "rated lift" but it doesn't look like they will.
