I did my share of spitting and cussing as well. It took almost two days to get the Crane dual springs in with the compressor I used. The inner spring always wants to break free. It also is somewhat of a safety issue. I have a friend who shall remain nameless as he is a fellow board member , do most of my springs and his own. At my house we hit the neighbors roof with a retainer, and he has a ding in his hood to show for his install. This is using actually what I would call a "better" install tool. If I ever do springs again, I won't do it without getting a tool like the moroso.
