Bret told me Viton seals would require some modifications for them to be a direct fit. So which valve seals go rite in, no modifications?

11/32", in which style?

I will be going with Comp Bee Hives PN 26918-16 Springs, and these Retainers ( I think ) Comp Steel Retainers, PN 795-16.

Factory seals are Viton. A fel-pro kit will have the correct seals. You might need to have the guides cut anyways depending on how much lift your cam has. If they do need to be cut, that will drop the diameter down from .557" to .530"

Ok Thanks,

I will not be cutting them down for now as I have the stock cam still.

Im trying to build the motor one step at a time, getting all the little stuff done before I cam it/bore & stroke. That way when it comes time to actually make some power, the little stuff doesnt hold me back/screw me financially.
