Exclamation Valve Covers for 1.6RRs????

i have a CC306 Cam, 1.6 RRs, crane valve springs and need some valve covers for my LT1 please give me some good suggestions for what will fit and any pics if you have any.

No problems with GMPP 1.6rr with the Corvette valve covers. See pic.

the stockers will work fine unless you're just wanting to upgrade. i opted for the LT4 valve covers.

nope save the money for now. you can always add them on later and it will only take about 10 minutes to swap them out. easiest thing you can do on a f-body. i've heard of a couple people having to clearance the inside just a hair but everyone that i personally been around has had no problems with the stockers. the only thing that you can gain is if you go with the LT4 valve covers. they are composite instead of metal and they are designed to reduce some of the noise created by roller rockers. just take care of that issue with your tuning and watch for false knock. usually tuning and an LT4 knock module will take care of this.

You can use the stock covers, you just need to remove a bit of metal from the supports inside the covers. A grinder and a cutting disc will do the trick. Clean them out well afterwards and you're good to go.
