Valve Cover leaking

It looks like I have a leak coming from the back of the passenger side valve cover. I took off the valve cover and it looks like the surface where the valve cover gasket has a slope to it. I dont think it will seal up with just the gasket.

Would it be ok to use some RTV along the back edge of the valve cover gasket and throw it on there to see if it would seal?

Re: Valve Cover leaking

Sure it isn't your intake manifold leaking?

Yep, allready fixed that. I threw some RTV on there. I will start it up tomorrow and see what happens.
